2. Eligibility to Use the Website

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to place an order independently.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

3. Product Safety

PopBricks kits contain small pieces.

Children should use the Products only under appropriate adult supervision.

Products must not be placed in the mouth, swallowed or used for any purpose other than their intended building and display purpose.

The customer, parent or guardian is responsible for determining whether a Product is suitable for its intended user.

4. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, piece counts, recommended ages and other information.

However:

• Product colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings;

• Packaging may change without materially affecting the Product;

• Minor variations may occur between production batches;

• Completed build dimensions may vary slightly depending on assembly; and

• Display accessories or background items shown in photographs may not be included unless specifically mentioned.

If a material error is found in a product listing, we may correct the listing and, where necessary, contact customers with affected pending orders.

Nothing in this section limits your rights if the Product received is materially different from its description, defective or incomplete.

5. Product Availability

All Products are subject to availability.

Adding a Product to your cart does not reserve it. A Product may become unavailable before payment or order confirmation is completed.

If we cancel a prepaid order, the eligible amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

8. Payment

Missing pieces, damaged Products and incorrect-item claims must be reported within the period stated in our Refund, Return and Replacement Policy.

12. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund, Return and Replacement Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• We do not generally accept returns or refunds for a change of mind;

• Eligible missing-piece claims may be resolved by supplying replacement pieces;

• Faulty, materially damaged or incorrect Products may be repaired or replaced;

• A refund may be provided when an eligible issue cannot reasonably be resolved through repair or replacement; and

• Confirmed lost or undelivered prepaid orders may qualify for a refund.

13. Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the order has been packed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.
